1. Service Description
The Taylor Grant Report provides institutional intelligence services, including signal collection, analysis, scoring, and reporting. Clients retain full ownership of their data at all times.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information for account setup
- Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their API credentials
- Clients must ensure they have the authority to grant data access for the purposes of the service
- Clients may not use the service to violate applicable laws or regulations
3. Data Ownership and Use
Clients retain full ownership of all data provided to the service. The Taylor Grant Report processes data solely for the purpose of delivering intelligence services. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over client data.
4. Service Level Agreement
Daily intelligence briefs are delivered by 8:00 AM local time, Monday through Friday. Weekly reports are delivered by 9:00 AM on Monday. We target 99.9% uptime for intelligence delivery infrastructure, excluding scheduled maintenance.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all client data is deleted within 90 days unless earlier deletion is requested. No early termination fees apply.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Taylor Grant Report provides intelligence analysis and recommendations but does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
