1. Data We Collect
The Taylor Grant Report collects only the data necessary to generate institutional intelligence for our clients. This includes:
- Email metadata and content via read-only API connections (with explicit client authorization)
- CRM data including deal stages, account information, and engagement history
- Calendar data for meeting patterns and availability signals
- Contact information provided through our website forms
2. How We Use Data
- We process data exclusively for intelligence generation, scoring, and reporting
- We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties
- We do not use client data to train models for non-client purposes
- We do not train AI models on client data
3. Data Retention
Intelligence signals are retained for the duration of the client engagement plus 90 days. Clients may request earlier deletion of all data at any time.
4. Data Security
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. API connections use OAuth 2.0 with read-only scopes. We conduct quarterly security reviews and penetration testing.
